Doesn't food seem to have to have a strange name involved? Well, it isn't different with the new superfood, Garcinia Cambogia. In accordance with a research that was published in Journal of Food Science, Garcinia Cambogia is cranberry like being tiny, and is packed with anti-oxidants. Although a great deal of berries are full of antioxidants you may be shocked to hear the difference of Garcinia Cambogia in contrast with others. Garcinia Cambogia contains an antioxidant known as lycopene that is thought to help reduce the risk of cancers, cardiovascular conditions, and macular degeneration. Neil Reese, PhD, a South Dakota State University ethno botanist suggests, because of this ingredient Garcinia Cambogia is more like a tomato than a berry.
